Upon receiving your inquiry, we will reply with an estimate on costs and the time frame for the completion of your project. After your order is confirmed and the first installment is paid, 50% of the invoice total, we will begin production of your goods. As soon as your goods are produced, we will prepare and organize their shipping. The second installment, the remaining 50% of the order invoice, is required before final shipment of goods.
Optical build-out or remodel
Prior to planning & designing your optical build out or remodel, we will send you an interactive checklist to complete and return to us. The Checklist helps us to define exactly your wants and needs and gives us information about your project and space requirements. In addition to the completed checklist we ask that you send us your floor plan and photos of the interior of the proposed project location. Additional information may be required from our designers.
From the very start you will be working directly with one of our designers who will assist you and simplify this entire process. Based on the data you give us, our designer will create a design proposal. The proposal will be presented to you in a realistic 3D rendering of your space. Thanks to our virtual tour option, you will get a very realistic feeling of the design.
In order to finalize the concept and ensure all your needs are met, in this phase the designer will make further iterations to the proposal. Once the design proposal is confirmed from your side, we will provide you with a financial and shipping estimate. Upon order confirmation and after an initial payment of 50% is made we will begin production of your goods. When production is completed, we will organize and prepare your goods for shipping. The second payment installment, the remaining 50%, is required prior to the final shipment of goods.

Payment is available through bank transactions (in Euros or US dollars).
What is our payment policy?
50% is paid in advance upon order confirmation. Other 50% of the amount is paid before the final shippment of all ordered products.
Where is the production based?
Our production is based in Croatia, the mediterranean jewel of the European Union. Our local production center is internally related to our product development sector which allows for faster development and full control of both the product testing and development phases of the production process. Locally maintaining our own production facilities and personnel guarantees that our products will always meet the highest quality standards.
What materials & technology do we use?
Our production team is equipped with the newest technologies and latest production tools available which ease and hasten the production process. We use light and new materials that are mostly hypoallergenic and easy to maintain: aluminium, acrylic, glass, stainless steel, polycarbonate.
What is the production time?
It depends on the product type and the quantity. We are able to ship small orders (such as a few rods, a few panels, accessories) within 2-3 working days.
Our products from the Quick 10 category are ready to ship within 10 working days from the day the full payment is made.
The time needed for production of materials of an entire shop or client location depends on specific requirements but generally we are able to ship within 8 weeks of order confirmation.
Where do we ship?
We ship worldwide directly from our production center in the EU, located in the southern european capital city of Zagreb, Croatia.
What is the shipping time?
Shipping to Central European countries by truck generally takes 4-6 working days. For the rest of the Europe, truck transportation takes about 7-10 working days.
Outside Europe, air freight takes about 5-7 working days.
Shipping is also made by sea freight, via the Croatian harbour Rijeka and the German harbour Bremerhaven. Shipping takes about 2 weeks for Mediterranean countries, about 3 weeks for the Middle East and 4 weeks for the USA & Canada.
Small orders can be shipped by express, and generally take 1 day for most places in Europe and 2 days for the rest of the world.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping cost is individual for each product and country. Cost is determined by the volume and the weight of the shipment. Shipping costs are calculated upon receiving your inquiry.
All our products are delivered with assembly instructions that allow easy and fast installation. Our customer support service will answer and further assist you when needed.
For larger projects (entire shop) we provide an additional service of deploying our own installation team directly to the client. Depending on the size of the location and project – the installation can last from 1-3 days. Our installation team will arrive when all the preperatory construction work is completed (electricity, heating, floors, walls, ceiling, painting).
